Digital Products
We offer convenient and fast delivery of all digital products.
Instant Delivery
Ebooks, online courses, and challenge programs are delivered immediately via email after purchase. You will receive a download link or access instructions shortly after completing your order.
Personalized Plans
If you purchase a Personalized Plan, you will receive a link via email to complete an assessment form. Once the form is submitted, your plan will be created and delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier, customs processing, and other external factors. In some countries, you may be required to pick up your package from local authorities or a postal office.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment.
Preorder items are shipped within 25 to 30 days of the order date.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change of delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Military Addresses
We can ship to military addresses via USPS. Courier services do not support shipping to these addresses.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will wait until it becomes available before shipping your order. In-stock items will be reserved.

JointsPro is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, flight issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Duties and Taxes
Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the prices displayed on our website.
Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined and collected by your country’s customs authority and are not controlled or paid by JointsPro.
We make every effort to label packages as “Medical Supplies,” which are often duty-free, but customs officials have full discretion to apply charges. JointsPro does not mark packages as gifts or falsify item values.
It is your responsibility to understand your country’s import laws before placing an order. If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us at your expense. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “delivered,” JointsPro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We use third-party logistics services, and any claims must be submitted to the relevant courier.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if you change your mind. After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be canceled.
Tracking Notification
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
