Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@jointspro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that digital products such as ebooks, online courses, personalized plans, and challenge programs are not eligible for a refund. These products provide immediate access to valuable content and customization, which makes them non-refundable once delivered.
