Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@jointspro.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that digital products such as ebooks, online courses, personalized plans, and challenge programs are not eligible for a refund. These products provide immediate access to valuable content and customization, which makes them non-refundable once delivered.

European Union & United Kingdom – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return physical products within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Customers in the EU and UK can also cancel a physical product order at any time before it is fulfilled using the withdrawal button.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products — including ebooks, online courses, personalized plans, and challenge programs — as these are delivered instantly and lose their right of withdrawal upon delivery, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
